To deposit crypto with BCM, you need a wallet address. The steps below explain where to find this address.

Step 1.

Click on the transaction button, in the middle of the menu.

Click Received.

Step 3.

Indicate which cryptocurrency you would like to receive. In this example, Bitcoin was chosen.

There is an address in the box, this is your receiving address. If you want to send crypto to your account on BCM from another exchange, you must enter this address as the receiving address.

Make sure that all information is correct. Do not manually retype the address and make sure that the copying and pasting went well. If you enter the wrong address, it is not always possible to recover your crypto!

Also, make sure that the correct network, in this case Bitcoin, is displayed when you send.
