Google Authenticator is an app that you install on your smartphone, this app is from Google and can be found in both the iOS App Store as the Google Play Store.

The app generates a new 6-digit code every 30 seconds, which you must enter after entering your email address and password. This way, your account is double-protected.

Step 1.

Download the Google Authenticator app from the app store.

Step 2.

Log into the BCM app.

Once logged in, navigate to Settings -> 2 Factor Authentication

Step 4.

Click the slider to activate 2 Factor Authentication.

Step 5.

You'll see a uniquely generated code. You can paste this code into the Google Authenticator app.

Would you prefer to use the QR code? That's also possible, but note: you can only scan the QR code if you enable Google Authenticator (GA) via the website.

Then scan this code with your Google Authenticator app.
