I have moved, do I have to report this to BCM?

Yes, you are required to inform BCM if you have moved. It is important to keep your personal information up to date at BCM to ensure that the platform complies with laws and regulations and to protect the safety and integrity of the platform.

If you've moved, you'll need to update your personal information with BCM to ensure that your account is accurate and up to date. You can do this by sending an email to support@bcmtoday.com with your new address. As an attachment to this email, you must also include proof of address. This document cannot be older than three months. This document can also be digital, for example, you can upload an invoice from your energy supplier or a bank statement as a PDF.

What should be visible on your proof of address:

  • Your name
  • Your new address
  • Date of issue
  • The issuing authority
